1 Day Rental
One Day Small Group Rental Basics:
Entire property for maximum of 30 people.
Additional people charged at $20 per person.
Check in at 12 for yurts, check out at 3 pm next day. Includes one overnight.

Bathrooms 1,2,3,5,6 (4 is private)
Stage
Property Rules Must be adhered to at all times, for all packages; including but not limited to:
no amplified sound after 10 pm
No illegal drug use
No weapons
No open fires; fires in containers are acceptable.
No fireworks
Additional requirements including insurance, medical teams, security teams, and port-a-john may be applicable.
NO EDM EVENTS
Total Cost:
$2,500. Due in full before event. Due in full to secure date. Non refundable.

Family Picnic/Gathering
Birthday Party for children
Package also includes:
exclusive use of the property
use of sauna with brief in person training
Exclusive use of the stage
Does not include on site Lakeside staff!

3 Day Event Rental $4,500 + per person + security deposit
Whats the total cost?
$4,500 rental cost
$1,000 security deposit
+$10 per person for up to 150 people
+$20 per person for 150-500 persons
+$30 per person for 500-850 persons
What are the intended uses?
Women’s Retreat
Community Gathering
Spiritual/Religious Gathering
Property Rules Must be adhered to at all times, for all packages; including but not limited to:
no amplified sound after 10 pm

What is included?
Assumes two full days and third half day with everyone off property by 3 pm on day three.
Check in at 12 for yurts, check out at 3 pm next day. Includes one overnight.
Additional days available at $300 per day.
What is not included?
Does not include on site Lakeside staff. Staff can be added for $500 per day for 8 hour day.
Any on site port-a-johns, without separate cost and agreement.
Ability to make amplified sound after 10pm.
